Country Manager – Poland
Main responsibilities
- management of our new office in Warsaw including operational Back Office tasks and future human resources recruiting and management
- managing the market access process
- identification of market opportunities and market potentials
- managing of marketing activity with the help of a local creative agency
- implementing the business development strategy
- preparing offers and contracts with the support of the HQ
- assuring full representation of our company in Poland
- reporting to the sales management of the HQ
Job requirements
- degree either in business administration, technical field, communication or tourism
- minimum 10 years of professional experience in the MICE sector
- native Polish
- full professional fluency in English
- active and wide network in Poland’s MICE industry
- basic knowledge of audiovisual technologies
We consider as a plus
- experience in similar creative sectors (music, television, film production, marketing)
- experience in the management of new market access process
- knowledge of other languages
